Degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande Foundation (2001), Masters and PhD in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas and post doctorate at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of UNICAMP. The professor has experience in Food Science and Technology, with emphasis in the area of Biochemical Engineering: application of magnetic fields in fermentative processes and solid state fermentation. He is currently Associate Professor IV at the Federal University of Rio Grande.
